Refund Policy

We at The BROS Club are happy to facilitate item exchanges in the form of online store credit. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds, and all sales are considered final. To initiate the exchange process, kindly fill out the return form enclosed in your order shipment confirmation within 2 days of receiving your package. Please be aware that we cannot accept packages that are sent without prior contact with our customer support.

 

For the exchange to be processed, the returned items must be in perfect, new condition, with all original tags attached. The BROS Club must receive the item within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

 

When returning items, please be aware that the original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses. You have the option to return or exchange items in person at any of The BROS Club locations or Pop-Up stores.

 

It is essential to ensure the safe delivery of returned packages. The BROS Club cannot be held responsible for any reimbursement or compensation for packages lost during transit without proof of delivery to our facility.
